• Cities with 75,000 or more in population

• Must have a diversified employer base

• Must have strong job growth and population growth

• Immediate area and property must meet our "Proud to Own" company value

• Markets we work in are Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, and northern Florida
  
  Investor Target Returns:

• 6-12% Cash on Cash Preferred Return after year 1

• 17% or greater ROI over the life of the investment
